The Good Airship Aether
A completely bias post for this Saturday afternoon about my mate -perhaps one of the best airship painters in the genre. That last bit was completely not bias. All talk of dashing lad and great gent that he be -that’s the bias part. He has a number of new wallpapers for his airship artwork on his site, available below. If you recognize him it’s because you’ve most likely already seen his airship work for Abney Park and Vernian Process, among other things. Now if I could just get him to paint our own little airship… something somewhat evil looking in the shape of a bat out of hell that looks like it will eat anything it encounters in the air. Speaking of airships, there seem to be many popping up around the aether: Airship Isabella, Airship Amestris, Airship Nocturne, Airship Lucitania, The Airship DESIRE, Airship Eden Falls, and I could probably go on. The sky… she be gettin crowded! And just to make sure they’re all behaving, there is of course the Imperial Anti-Piracy Squadron.
